Wellness Giveaway Terms & Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Luxury Wellness Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is organized and sponsored by Body & Bra LLC, 3833 Powerline Rd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, USA (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, Canada (excluding Quebec), the United Kingdom and Australia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Body & Bra are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Sweepstakes begins on November 5, 2025, and ends on December 1, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter the Sweepstakes in two ways:

(a) Automatic Entry:
All eligible customers who make a qualifying purchase on www.bodyandbra.comduring the Promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway.

(b) Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
To enter without making a purchase, email support@bodyandbra.com with the subject line “Luxury Wellness Giveaway Entry.”
Include your full name, mailing address, and email address.
Each valid email submission counts as one (1) entry.

Limit: one (1) entry per person per day, regardless of entry method.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) of the following prizes, at the Sponsor’s discretion or the winner’s choice (subject to availability):

• Luxury Wellness Retreat:
  A solo spa and wellness getaway for one (1) person at a resort. Includes accommodation, select spa treatments, and a travel stipend, with an approximate retail value of USD $2,000.

OR

• $2,000 Cash Prize:
  The winner may opt for a USD $2,000 cash payment (or equivalent in local currency) instead of the retreat.

Additionally, the Grand Prize winner will also receive a Body & Bra Comfort Set (valued at USD $500).

Total maximum prize value: USD $2,500.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing within seven (7) days after the Promotion Period ends, from all eligible entries received.
The winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days of selection.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received via both entry methods.

8. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. Publicity & Rights

By entering, participants grant Body & Bra permission to use their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

11. Disputes

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
