We highly recommend sharing your return tracking number with us once your package is on its way. Since all returns are donated directly to women in need through our charity partner GiveBackBox, your parcel may go straight to them instead of returning to our facility. Having the tracking number helps us confirm delivery and process your refund more efficiently.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- They should be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that show signs of wear or alterations.
- Approval: If the return meets our conditions, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we offer two options:
Free Reshipment: We’re happy to send your order again at no extra cost. Simply confirm your correct shipping address, and we’ll arrange for the package to be shipped again.
Refund: If you prefer not to receive the package, we can issue a refund once it arrives at our warehouse.
If a package is refused upon delivery and automatically returned to our warehouse, we offer two options:
Reshipment: We’re happy to resend your order at no additional cost. Simply confirm your shipping address, and we’ll arrange for the package to be shipped again.
Refund: If you prefer not to receive the package, we can issue a refund once it arrives at our warehouse. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping costs.
