We hope you’re pleased with your purchase. However, if for any reason it doesn’t meet your expectations, you are welcome to return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange for a different size. Here’s how it works:

You can return your item for a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 60 days of delivery.

1. Request a Return: Email us at hey@bodyandbra.com with your order number, item name and reason of return.
2. Mail Your Return: Once we confirm your return request, place the item securely in its original packaging along with the completed return form.

   Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for peace of mind.
   
   We highly recommend sharing your return tracking number with us once your package is on its way. Since all returns are donated directly to women in need through our charity partner GiveBackBox, your parcel may go straight to them instead of returning to our facility. Having the tracking number helps us confirm delivery and process your refund more efficiently.
   

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Approval: If the return meets our conditions, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
• Refund Timeline: Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.

We’ll notify you by email when your refund is processed. If you don’t see the refund within 15 business days after our confirmation, please contact us at hey@bodyandbra.com.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us immediately at hey@bodyandbra.com so we can make it right.

To maintain the quality of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that:

• Show signs of wear, washing, or alterations.
• Are not in their original packaging.
  
  

In rare cases, we may send a replacement without requiring the original item to be returned. If the replacement also doesn’t work out, both items must be returned to qualify for a refund.

Free Reshipment: We’re happy to send your order again at no extra cost. Simply confirm your correct shipping address, and we’ll arrange for the package to be shipped again.

Refund: If you prefer not to receive the package, we can issue a refund once it arrives at our warehouse. 

Refused Packages

If a package is refused upon delivery and automatically returned to our warehouse, we offer two options:

Reshipment: We’re happy to resend your order at no additional cost. Simply confirm your shipping address, and we’ll arrange for the package to be shipped again.

Refund: If you prefer not to receive the package, we can issue a refund once it arrives at our warehouse. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping costs.
