    Can I change or cancel my order?

    At Body & Bra, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Due to our streamlined fulfillment process, cancellations are only possible within a limited timeframe.

    You Have a Limited Window to Cancel Your Order

    Before Dispatch
    Orders may be canceled only before they are dispatched. If you wish to cancel, contact our customer support team immediately at hey@bodyandbra.com with your order number. If successful, you will receive a confirmation email, and your refund will be processed according to our refund policy.

    After Dispatch
    Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you can initiate a return or exchange once the item is delivered, subject to our Return Policy.

    How to Cancel an Order
